Additional testing when included with an inspection plan is as follows:

$85 for Air test

$70 for surface sample
-
$150 per Wall cavity test (does require small hole, Intrusive testing)
*Inspection plan pricing is based on 3,000 sqft or less
** It is understood that time is of the essence in these situations. Our samples are hand delivered to a local lab the day of testing. Results within 3 buisness days.
Expedited Results available for additional fee
